Each marine exchange bowl has been through quality checks second to none, to ensure that they are within all manufacturers specifications.

All exchange bowls have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected for corrosion, erosion and impact damage. All sealing faces are checked and machined where necessary. Bowl tapers are carefully checked for play and wobble. Lock rings large and small are checked for wear and are remarked. Bowl discs are mechanically polished, removing surface scratches that sludge can stick to giving problems with balance.

Top discs and distributors are carefully checked for wear, damage and play. Finally the bowls are re-balanced to original manufacturers’ specifications and test run. A certificate of balancing is then issued for each bowl. All bowls are guaranteed for twelve months of operation. Customers’ old bowls must be returned to us within three months or surcharges will apply. We offer exchange bowl at the most reasonable rates.
