Exchange Bowl

We can offer a full service exchange programme for a majority of Alfa Laval and Westfalia Separators / Purifiers. All bowls are original. We stand as an overriding Exchange Bowl supplier and exporter in the world. Each exchange bowl has been through quality check, to ensure that they are within all manufacturers’ specifications. All exchange bowls have been thoroughly cleaned and inspected for corrosion, erosion and impact damage. All sealing faces are checked and machined where necessary. Bowl tapers are carefully checked for play and wobble. Lock rings large and sum all are checked for wear and are remarked. Bowl discs are mechanically polished, removing surface scratches which cause sludge to stick creating balancing problem. Top discs and distributors are carefully checked for wear, damage and play. Finally the bowl s are re-balanced to original manufacturers’ specifications and test run. A certificate of balancing is then issued for each bowl. All bowls are guaranteed for six months of operation.
